Couch-to-5-k two week update

I mentioned in a different post that I was going to do the C25k plan, which is a 9-week program designed to make a person who previously didn’t run into a runner fit enough for a 5k.

Two weeks in and I’m doing fine, though next week is a big jump into running for 3-minute intervals.

We have a treadmill, so I run while watching the news. It makes an excellent distraction, and since I’m supposed to maintain the ability to talk while running, yelling at the TV serves a useful function!
