  1. I finally got around to this — life for me has been full of trouble for the last few months. What a wonderful collection of poems, beautifully crafted, full of feeling, word paintings. I haven’t read them all yet, but I am going to print them out and sit quietly with them from time to time.

I hope law school is going well.

  2. Hello, Julie! Being a Luddite who doesn’t enjoy sustained online reading, I’ve bought a printed copy of your book from lulu.com, and I’m delighted by it.

I’ve always tended to make fun of self-published authors, but your book is in a higher class than most “reputably” published authors’ books. Every page provides an example of how to arrange common words to achieve something uncommon.

    Thank you!
