Madness did some live performances of ‘Liberty’ at the Hackney Empire – the whole album! So annoyed that I missed it, as the Empire is less than a mile from my front door.
I don’t even know what ska means! But I need to check out more by Madness because hot diggity, that track is great.
Critics are saying it’s the best album they’ve ever done. It’s a fair way down the line from their ska origins (back in the 80s).
